eFundi / Student password expiry
Please note that some login problems occur because your student/eFundi password may have expired. Your student/eFundi password expires every three months.

To change or update your password, go to:

CONTACT DETAILS

Change your contact details on eFundi
Visit https://efundi.nwu.ac.za
On the main page (before logging in), click Change Contact Details and follow the on-screen steps.

For technical issues related to eFundi, Wi-Fi, residence network, or if you are unable to update or change your password, please log a ticket on the NWU Support Portal:

Microsoft Office 365 for students
Use your <studentnumber>@mynwu.ac.za email address and NWU password to activate Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneDrive.

Open Microsoft Word
Start the activation process on your laptop.
