According to Calma (2011) social justice means to find a balance between our responsibilities as individuals to contribute to a just society. According to Rathzel (2018) Environmental social justice means it is a justice for people who have been left out during environmental problems. The Wetland project helps to provide water, it also creates jobs. So that people are able to put food on the table. The state of the environment in South Africa is in a bad state, we use many resources in order to maintain the country such as coal for electricity.
