Hi my name is Gizelde Strauss and I am from Warmbad in Limpopo.  I've been an Au pair in America for about two years, it was in those two years where I decided to become a foundation phase teacher. I discovered my love for the little kids and how proud I feel when I teach them a new skill. I love the expression on their faces when they succeed after trying and failing for so many times. I live for the moment of feeling successful after helping them learn a new skill. 

I am passionate about sports and teaching my brain new skills everyday. I feel confident that I will learn all the necessary components for e to be able to teach music to my school kids one day. I expect to learn what is important and what is not important in the process of teaching music to foundation phase learners.
