Su1 : music and holistic development is a long topic which requires more attention, time and focus because you have to understand each stage very well so that you do not confuse them and the theorists. Erikson's theory draws attention on the encouragement of social interactions and relationship on studying. As a teacher you have to have or build a good relationship with your learners so that they can be free and have opportunities to enjoy learning. Create a safe, healthy, supported environment for learners to enjoy learning. Learners then learn to interact with others, learn to share with their peers.

Piaget's theory is about cognitive development which emphasizes on notion that children learn by interacting with the globe and enable them to build new understanding from existing abilities and knowledge, but we also have to know that children think differently than adults. At the stage of pre-operational learners are still young, they do not understand that they should share and consider others view point, they start to use images and words to present objects. Concrete operational stage now grow a bit, they start to be able to solve problems, they then should interact with others to learn about some real life problems that enable them to think about certain situations and try solve them and learn to think for others feelings and their needs, they become less selfish.
