A lot of other alternative medicines are used for the treatment of conditions such as anxiety and insomnia. A lot of patients believe that it is better to use medicines of natural origin for these conditions since a lot of the medicines that can be prescribed for these conditions can lead to dependency and has other unwanted side effects.
