Benefits of poverty:
People can be involved in recycling and bottles and plastics won’t be thrown out in the public and fill the river. People of the society won’t be taxed as equal to the people who are working in government and who own businesses which means they can save, poor people have the access to enjoy government benefits of government like SASSA benefits such as grant and also have access to free health care as compared to people who are working and have to get medical aid. With the COVID situation the government has thought about them and is giving out R350 for them to atleast sustain themselves or are given free masks. The government tries to get them a place to stay by providing RDP houses for them to stay and its rent free and they also get free rent rather than paying for it. Big businesses also involve themselves in Corporate Social Investment or Responsibility to help the poor and young people by giving out opportunities.
