In the foundation phase, art integration is extremely beneficial and necessary since teaching through the arts may portray topics visually, making them easier to understand, and learners can also build problem-solving skills.

Teachers can use art integration to support and increase learners' developmental needs while also allowing them to participate in engaging learning activities that encourage cooperative learning and enhance creativity.
