I am an African coming from the Zulu tribe, and the two endogenous beliefs and teachings to our ethic group are our beliefs in higher powers which are God and ancestors.  I grew up in a household where we acknowledge both the creator of heavens and earth which is God and our guardian angles which are our ancestors. We understand God to be our source of existence, wisdom and power. Like i had already mentioned that we see or rather acknowledge our ancestors as guardian angles, we believe that they are the intermediaries between the living and divine.  Growing up with such beliefs have shaped my life and how i view the world in a very articulate manner which has helped me make good decisions in general.
