Title: A Day of Sensory Delights: Embracing the Rhythms of Life
As the sun peeks over the horizon, gently painting the sky with hues of gold and pink, a new day begins. The alarm clock softly chimes, rousing me from the depths of slumber. Stretching my limbs, I feel the warmth of the soft sheets against my skin, a comforting embrace that lingers even as I rise from bed.
Stepping onto the soft carpet in by bedroom that my feet sink in feeling the softness , I'm greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air and my mums home made cookies that make my tummy rumble and my mouth water and getting a warm joyful feeling first thing in the morning. The rich, earthy scent entices me, drawing me towards the kitchen. As I take that first sip, the velvety liquid dances on my taste buds, awakening my senses and preparing me for the day ahead and biting into the warm cookie with the chocolatey taste in my mouth makes me smile and brightens my mood.
With a rejuvenated spirit, I embark on my daily rituals. The morning sun casts a golden glow, illuminating the world outside my window. Birds chirp merrily, their melodies interweaving with the gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze. Each step I take echoes through the quiet streets, a rhythmic symphony of footfalls and distant city sounds.
As the day unfolds, I find myself immersed in a whirlwind of social interactions. Laughter fills the air as friends gather in my morning paddle game before campus , their voices blending harmoniously. The clinking of rackets and the atmosphere of competition fills the air and gets me refreshed and exited for the day ahead leaving my mum with a kiss on her cheek .(separation phase)
In the afternoon, I venture into the vibrant campus class . Where I have a luminous different phase of feeling as there are so many people in one class it’s definitely not getting the same attention as I got last year at school or at home even so it’s a different feeling of learning and exploring the outside world away from my little home town (luminous phase)
As the day gently transitions into twilight, I find solace in moments of solitude. The fading light paints the sky with strokes of orange and purple, casting a serene glow over the world. The soft caress of a gentle breeze against my skin whispers stories of far-off places, inviting contemplation and reflection.
After sunset we gather as a family and partake in dinner where everyone sits together and shares their experiences and moments of the day and it’s my favourite part of the day as I spend it with the people I love most(rites of passage)
As the night progresses we have a little family tea after everyone completed their work tasks and retreat and go sleep after everyone’s long days
