Networking refers to interacting with different people .This is an important aspect that everyone should practice, as this builds one's  social awareness and social activity .I experienced different networks as a basketball player, person and student generally in my personal life. Firstly I have networks with different basketball players as well as different coaches from different players. This comes from different races  however we Interact by discussing more on our games and how the game is played. Showing each other new skills and enjoying the game and with the coaches we intarct through asking them how to do things and learning the way forward from them by ensuring that we get to have each others contacts so that we can contact one other when there is an information. Basically I use my coaches as a primary source of everything I need to succeed in this game, and I can still say this works to my advantage as I am the one who benefits more by interacting with them as my coaches they expect the best out of me as much as they invest in me. Secondly as a person I get to interact with my peers mostly on my free time. I get to pass time with my peers by interacting and discussing staff that we go through daily especially with our studies and therefore by interacting with my peers on my free time is beneficial in a way because I secretly know new thing's  that I did not know which helps me to grow too as  person and we all get to grow together and show each other what to do and what not. I believe interacting with my peers is one of the ice opener for me and helps me to be more awake and careful to know what is happening around me. Last but not least as a student I network with my lectures and fellow academics at school daily through talking and information of the module they teach and also in return I am given an examination to evaluate the information I have received from my lecture after a period of time. This is a process I am going through as a student although this is more beneficial to me. I too get to exchange  my understanding of what I have been taught and add on what I personally know This type of exchange shall go on until I manage to get my desired qualification which is given a period of 3years and Lectures ensure that the give me necessary knowledge without  a doubt in order for me to produce good results every year. After receiving my degree I can know apply for a job which I know get paid at. This networking will help me in a long run and i am grateful for the opportunity.
