Most of the time we as people judge people without knowing them or their story. For a very long time in my life, I used to believe that boys have their role and so is girls, so seeing boys pose like girls and dressing like girls and girls dressing like boys and behaving like them made me distance myself from them and i will criticize and judge them even go as low as calling them names. this affected most of them as it made others not to be comfortable revealing their sexuality and some lost their confidence and self-esteem. back then i never learned about this sexuality differences because of the religion as gays and lesbians were considered to be demonic or possessed.
Stereotypes have been a thing for a very long time, for example let's take Africa, western countries view Africa as this one continent that suffers from poverty and people from this continent are uneducated, they are only good for domestic work. No one can blame them for that as it was what have been going on during colonialism and Africans have been treated like slaves. it goes back to a point were when you are an African and have to do or work on something you have to work twice as hard to prove that you are capable before you are approved to work internationally, at some point we will compare this with the fact that for a very long-time woman is supposed to work very hard to prove that they are capable of doing the very same job that a man is doing or even do better than them, and the fact that most of the time in the same post man earn more than women. this are some of the stereotypes that happen between genders and race if i may say
