With my upbringing as a black kid or child i was subjected to stereotype and othering concerning ethnicity . I grew up with the mindset that  , this  white supremacy group is better than any other race and that they derseve absolute respect not just because of they are affluent but because of their  race .This mindset was infixed by previous generation who  believed that without them we are nothing . I have always questioned this way of thinking seeing as i do not believe we are different based on the color of our skin .

As i grow up older i realised that othering is detrimental to progress and this idea  instilled into me  by my parents had to come to an end ,It was then that i started to embrace diversity and the  inferiority complex i had was was no more  , I realised this concept of othering only futher created inclusion . So in my opinion it would be best for all of us as individuals to start doing  things differently and teach one and  another the importance of fostering inclusivity and understanding of the diverse communiities around .
