Circle of myself

In the connected world of today, a person's networks play a critical role in shaping their experiences, opportunities, and points of view. These networks are more than just a list of contacts; they are dynamic ecosystems of interactions that affect every aspect of a person's life.

In my world, the main constituents of my networks are my family and friends. Friendship, emotional support, and a sense of community are provided by these individuals. Family members give me understanding and unconditional love, but friends only offer company and shared experiences. Loyalty, mutual respect, and trust are the defining characteristics of these inner circle relationships, which form the basis of one's support system.

My network consists of more than just my close friends and family; it also consists of acquaintances, instructors, other students, and even my roommates. Based on my observations, these relationships seem to revolve around common interests, passions, and/or pursuits. While roommates and other students can occasionally provide academic support and social connections, acquaintances are there for me anytime I need company but am unable to get in touch with my close friends or family. Despite not being as close as close friends, acquaintances help me expand my social circle and get new experiences.

My networks have expanded to include professors, student advisors, and professional connections in addition to personal ones now that I'm a varsity student. These individuals offer opportunities for mentorship, guidance, and academic support. Mentors provide enlightening guidance and direction based on their own experiences to help individuals overcome obstacles and seize opportunities. My academic career is aided by professional relationships because they give me access to new opportunities, intellectual perspectives, and cooperative partnerships.

in this modern era of advancement, my networks as a student now span the internet thanks to social media, online forums, and online communities. These online communities, like eFundi, provide opportunities for collaboration, communication, and information sharing. Since I study away from home, social media sites like Instagram and Twitter allow me to stay in touch with friends and family who live far away and engage with a wider community of like-minded individuals. I can engage in conversation with people who enjoy similar activities by taking part in online forums and communities that offer spaces for collaboration, learning, and discussion.
