I woke up in the morning and checked my massages on Whatsapp as usually. I received a massage as a short notice from my coach telling us ''me and the team'' that we have a one day tournament at Mamelodi. this tournament is to celebrate easter weekend.

I had to wake up and prepare things that I will need to go with  to Mamelodi. I had to rush to the bus station and meet my teammates so that we can go . I had to make sure i am not late so that we can move o time and it took us long time to get to Mamelodi as passed by the shops to get food for everyone.

When we arrived at the venue I was excited to see various teams from different places  coming to together to challenge each  other and everything was introduced well including the purpose of the tournament. Therefore my status of being a student at North-West University was putted aside. 

I got to meet new people and socialize while the games were currently happening us winning every game made me to socialize and making people who I am hence this brought us many fans by that time which leads us to have enough supporters. We were crowned as the tournament champions and I was nominated as an Most Variable Player (MVP) for the tournament which made many people wanting to take pictures with me .

 Later that day at the end of the tournament we left the venue to our res and immediately I had to prepare myself for the following day class and getting back to my fixed status as a student  of NWU.
