My ethnical group which is Zulu their  teachings or beliefs plays a vital role in how I see the world and those teachings or beliefs  I was taught from childhood and they have carried me since childhood until now and they have huge influence on my values .

My great grandfather always repimend us when we were children not clean after the sun has set because it is believed that when we clean after sun has set we are chasing away people from our home and that has made me but to clean after sun has set no matters how dirty it is, I rather clean in the morning . The second teaching or belief is that after an animal is slaughtered the women cooks it's blood and then the man of the house eat that blood because it is believed that it gives them powers  and that made me believe that men are dominant over women  and they are powerful. The last one is that after a ceremony is done the day after , the waste from traditional beer which is called amavovo in my labguage is being sprinkle around the house so that ancestors could eat and to show that we acknowledge them has members and protectors of our lives and our home.
