Reciprocity refers to the mutual exchange of goods or favors between individuals or groups. In this process, both the giver and the receiver derive benefits from the interaction Homans and Gouldner (1958).
My personal networks family and friends, we relate to each other by exchanging love, care, and emotional support so these shared experiences strengthen our bonds. We also relate to each other by exchanging goods to each other such as clothes and other stuff to build strong relationships. Around my Neighbours we exchange thoughts, vegetables, food and clothes together to create or build strong relationship within the society. We also relate to each other by promoting cooperation, build trust and share responsibilities. we also exchange goods by contributing to our well-being and we provide a sense of belonging within the society.
Economic networks, in the marketplaces I exchange money for goods and services such as food, clothes, and other stuff. This also contribute to the development of the economy and creates employment within the society. At school we share information with our colleagues for better experience and for better knowledge.
