Stereotype  are oversimplified  and generalized belief about particular group 

Stereotype  can restrict  individual  opportunities  and potential  for instance  gender Stereotype  might  discouraged  women from pursuing  career  in STEM field while racial Stereotype  may affect  hiring  practice and career  advancement  .Stereotype  can lead to biased  behavior  and discrimination  .when people  act on their  stereotypical  beliefs  it can result  in unfair treatment  exclusive  and systemic discrimination  against  certain  group .when individuals  are repeatedly  exposed  in to stereotype  about their own group they may start  to internalize these beliefs   .this may lead to issues  such as low self esteem reduce inspiration  and sense of helpless.
