As I'm xhosa girls  I'm growing  up in rural areas where people  believe  in veneration  of ancestors  and humanity towards  others  .one of the most profound  aspects  of xhosa spiritual  is veneration  of  ancestors  know as iminyama .my ancestors  are considered  the interconnectedness  between  living and spiritual  realms .they believe to offer  guidance  protection  and blessing to other discent  .the ancestors  are honored ritual offering and  a ceremonies which are integral to xhosa culture  practice connected  to heritage  vetenering ancestors foster  as a strong connection to our heritage  and history.Respect elders .the belief  in power wisdom of ancestors  translated  into deep respect  for elders in community  .Ubuntu is a quintessential  xhosa belief that emphasis interconnectedness  of all people it is often  expressed  through  phrase .Umntu  ngumntu ngabantu 'person is person through  other people  .Ubuntu underscore the importance  of community and mutual  respect  it is guide principles  for how to interact  with each other .conflicts  resolution  .the principles  of Ubuntu play crucial  role in conflicts  resolution
