Welcome to WVSS223:
Understanding the Cultural, Social, and Political World!
It is important to be aware of different worldviews. This module is focused on helping you know and understand the world that you are living in (your lifeworld) and helping you make sense of that world, which can be perplexing at times.

Here are some practical things to consider. Due to Covid-19 and resulting safety regulations, the decision has been made to move this module online entirely. This means that all content will be provided on eFundi.
There will be multiple presenters for this module. However, I am Mx. Sanam Roopa and I will be your lecturer. I am based at the NWU Potchefstroom Campus, and students registered at the Potchefstroom campus should direct all communication to me. You are welcome to contact me via email with any enquiries or problems regarding the module or any material covered in this module.
