You have three years of hard work behind you and are now on the eve of your professional career as a dietitian. It is therefore very important that you already meet all the professional requirements of a health care professional in this year.

• To be a professional dietitian is indeed a great privilege and a challenge. I would like to remind you of the scope of the dietetics profession, and therefore what you will be responsible for in the different blocks that you will do this year.
• During the first 11 weeks, you will be based mostly on campus, where you will follow a specific program AND do your research project! The COVID-10 pandemic taught us all to become more flexible and adaptable to obstacles that life has installed for us. Due to this, the program is subject to change at any time. Please be flexible and cooperative during these dynamic times.
• Communication and staying connected during these 11 weeks are of crucial importance. Make sure you check your emails and WhatsApp groups regularly to stay informed. It is your own responsibility to make sure that you are present at every contact session, whether virtually or face-to-face.
• Every year comes with its own new and unique challenges; facing these challenges while staying grounded and focuses on short and long-term goals is always challenging. If you find yourself not coping in any way, please contact us. We need to support each other through this year. Be confident that you have a group of experienced lecturers who are here to guide and support you on this last significant stretch of the journey to becoming a dietitian.
