Doing urban anthropology

1) Please note that class attendance is important in this module. We will be doing work during contact sessions.

2) You will be divided into working groups during the first lecture. Much of the work done in class will take place in these groups.

3) The work done in class will contribute to your participation mark. 

4) ALL work you are required to submit must also be submitted to your efundi dropbox. Note that you are required to take pictures of work done in class and submit it. 

5) This semester you will be required to do sensory ethnography. Note that in addition to reading, writing, and participating in discussion, you will be set fieldwork tasks.
