When I reflect to my knowledge, skills and experiences, ability towards music education from the start of this semester until now. I can conclude that I've learned about music in foundation phase, how to teach music, different music concepts.

What I found Challis that some concepts especially music concepts were different also creating music games was challenging. 

What is art integration? 

-arts integration differs from traditional education by its inclusion of both the art discipline and a traditional subject as part of learning. 

- Combining arts with the teaching of different curricular areas. 

Importance of art integration 

- at primary stage arts should be integrated with all subjects and used as an approach for teaching and used as an approach for teaching and learning of different concepts. 

- This will help children freely express their ideas and emotions.

- They will also develop all the senses through keen observation, curious exploration and

It helps learners in foundation phase to illustrate how music makes them feel by drawing a picture or writing a story. 

-learners can also internalize new knowledge and skills buy engaging in authentic activities which have real life value.

What I found interesting? 

​​​​​​-it's knowing the value of arts integration on how it contributes towards higher motivation levels amongst learners.

What I found challenging? 

-Theoretical framework for arts integration in foundation phases is its aspects as they can be confusing and challenging.
