In this study unit i have learned that it is based more on music. i am confident enough to teach music through movement in foundation phase because everybody is familiar with music young and old.  As a foundation phase teacher it is important to know around which age is the child able to master certain skills based on their prior experience with music, backgrounds and learning styles.

We learn that by the time children enters school, they have developed the ability to selectively listen and directed listening increases on-task behavior  and listening  duration.  children also develop other abilities during middle childhood. in terms of specific skills children's sense of tonality increases, along with the ability to more accurately match peach.

Physical education is the best in foundation phase as learners have the opportunities to dance and play instruments. physical education allows children to do more.
