(Part 1)
Allow me to start off by saying that i am currently stressed out to the max. I am writing this with just an hour left to submit as i had no idea we had something due today. Besides the last minute stress, the past week has been, well, very stressful. You thought i was going to say better, how i wish. Between group projects and tests its been quite hectic but im thankful to have made it through the week. I have been overwhelmed by the amount of work being sent out lately. Trying to get everything organized and focus on due dates has put learning on hold slightly. Im just glad the week is over and hope the week ahead is a much better one.

My confidence in my current knowledge and skills to teach music through movement is not so great. I have not experienced it before so it might be challenging. It is something new to me but hopefully i will gain confidence to teach music after learning all the module content.

If i had to choose between music and physical education i would choose music education. I think music education will meet the holistic development of learners needs better as it will allow them to develop in all spheres. Cognitive development  is stimulated through learning the meaning and understanding lyrics from a song. Learning social development is promoted by working in groups ,creatimg music and dances together. Personal development is encouraged as learners put on performances and make their own instruments. By doing so, learners gain confidence and become creative. Music education also helps children develop emotionally as they learn to express their emotions and feelings through music. They learn how to appropriately express their emotions and feel according to the music. Music educations focus is not only based on teaching music but also improves the development of literary,  language and math skills.
