the north west university offers a lot of recretional and leisure activities to support the students emotional, social and physical health, this include sport, arts and culture and outdoor activities, the is rock climbing, hiking and team based activities like team building, social groups are your debate teams, your aksies with other koshuise this allow intercation between students and keeping their social skills up to date.

the NWU offers an positive recreation and sport environment. the nwu leisure and recreational services will be evaluated with the other 3 universities : havard, burkeley en stanford.

harvard offer sports, arts and culture programs while standford offers more than 30 clubs sports and artistic activities. burkerley offer a wider range of programs that include athletics, arts and humanities and student groups.

the NWU  lacks recreation  activities compared to the other universities , nwu should try to add more programmes  for students who are disabled. they can have fall in programmes where students can join without having to pay registration fees.
