Today was a journey through my senses, from moment I woke up until I went to sleep.it all started with the soft light of morning pull oneself into my room, nudging me awake. The chirping of birds outside my window greet me, make me feel happy and ready for the day.
Getting out of bed, I felt the cool floor beneath my feet and I could smell the aroma of coffee coming from the kitchen. It was like a warm hug, inviting me to start my day sipping the coffee I felt it's warmth spreading through me, waking me and making me feel alive as I went about my day I heard the sound of the cars honking, the chatter of student at Res and the laughter of girls playing but there were also moments of calm.
Throughout the day ,I talked and laugh with my room mate enjoying their company and the warmth of the smiles .we shared stories and jokes creating memories that I would treasure after that I remember that I have an assignment that need to submit in time I decided to left my house mate go to library to borrow a book so that I would have more clarification about this assignment after I arrived at campus I met one of my course mate then we go together to the library we spend four hours.
As my day goes on I went back to res at the gate pass my student card wasn't tapping and that thing make me feel shy because I thought other student will laugh at me and I asked one of member to help me and the told me that I shouldn't be worried that my student card is not tapping everyone face this challenge and then after that i feel so relieved and go to bus.
As evening came ,the city seemed to slowdown and the sky turned a beautiful shade of pink and orange.i could smell the delicious aroma of dinner was cooking with my roommate making may stomach growl and I asked her to dish up for me because this smell was so delicious.
Finally as I climbed into bed I thought about the sensory experience of the day the sight sounds and smells that Made it special.and as I drifted off to sleep I felt grateful for the simple pleasures that filled my day.
