Morning
It has my routine. Every morning I woke up before everything I pray and play song by Victor Tompson as I head to the Shower. After a show I do my bed and clean the room quietly as possible because I don't want to awake my Roomate.
Depends whether I have an early lecturer or not. If not I usually have my breakfast at 8 or 08:30. Am allergic to milk I try by all means not to associate my self with milk. After breakfast . I call my mom or text her telling her about the day ahead. She has been my biggest support as she was with me on this journey.
I then attend my lecturers after that I go back to my house and cook. Usually I eat twice before 20h00 and after 23h00, I then pray at 00h00 and prepare for bed

Stereotypes are pervasive in society, shaping how we perceive and interact with others based on characteristics like race, gender, age, religion, or nationality. While stereotypes can sometimes seem harmless or even amusing, their impact on communities is profound and often negative. Here's how stereotypes affect our communities:
Division and Discrimination: Stereotypes create divisions among people, leading to discrimination and prejudice. When individuals are reduced to simplistic labels or characteristics, it becomes easier to discriminate against them based on those assumptions. This discrimination can manifest in various forms, including unequal treatment in employment, housing, education, and healthcare.
Injustice and Inequality: Stereotypes perpetuate injustice and inequality by reinforcing existing power dynamics and social hierarchies. For example, stereotypes about certain racial or ethnic groups can lead to systemic discrimination and marginalization, resulting in disparities in access to resources, opportunities, and rights.
Harm to Mental Health: Being the target of stereotypes can have a detrimental effect on an individual's mental health. Constant exposure to negative stereotypes can lead to feelings of inferiority, self-doubt, and low self-esteem, contributing to anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Moreover, individuals may internalize these stereotypes, affecting their self-perception and behavior.
