A Day In My Life As A First Year Student

Beginning the journey as a first-year student feels like entering a fresh world, filled with excitement. from the early morning hustle to the late-night study session, being a first-year student it is extremely good because you are meeting new people and it also enjoyable because you are experiencing many     that you did not know/learned at high school.

The sound of my alarm wakes me up and encourage me to get out of my bed and start a new day.in the morning I wake up and get ready for my classes and also start choosing an outfit for the day. And prepare a quick breakfast before being late for my first class.

Every class is an adventure, meeting different types of people with different accents and different races and different accents of lectures, the process of struggling to stay attentive during early morning sessions. Besides the challenges, there's a feeling as I gain knowledge each day.

Between Classes, I get a chance to engage with peers/people that are on my age and explore around the campus enjoying campus life. Afternoon descending, it's time to engage to academic pursuits. After that I collect all my study materials including my textbooks and notes books and my laptop going to the main library for a late or afternoon study session with my roommate. And we will be focusing on rhythm of study and the satisfaction of mastering new concepts and everything new.

Then when midnight approaches, I finally close my books and going back to my residence because I'm not staying at on Campus residences so that's why we can't stay until it's become late cause it's not safe walking a night especial as for us because we are females. Each experience contributes to my personal growth and academic journey. And after that study session I always have a courage, that I overcome any obstacles. Welcome to my adventure of being a fresher perhaps being a first-year student.
