I was so scared and terrified when i had to repeat agle 121 class. The lecturer made the class productive and very easy regarding my hectic schedule. My appreciation and gratitude goes out to the lecturer for always being friendly and approachable and for pushing everyone in the class to work to their optimum potential. 

For every study unit, we had an activity we had to do and this enabled us to better our communication with the group and the class as whole. The lecturer gave us ample time to do class activities and homework and even provided extended time to us inorder to better our marks. 

I cannot thank you enough for your support and your patience with us.

1. Review: Unit 1

Topic:

When we got to class, as students we didnt provide the work that was needed for that lecture and had to do the work that we had to do at home, in class. 

What I did or did not enjoy about this lecture.

I didn't enjoy that we had disappointed our lecturer and i really hope it won't happen again. The semester is very short to still not be doing what we are suppose to do. However I did enjoy the group work we were given, I am very excited and looking forward to working with my group.

As I have noted the last time, I read Unit 1 and Unit 2

What I did not understand or want to know more of about the topic.  

With the assignment topic, it showed me that what i thought i understood i didn't really understand. We were given instruction to formulate an argumentative topic and gather main ideas and sources we want to use.

I am really hoping that tomorrows lecture will be productive and my group members are ready to put on their thinking caps.

I have learnt that academic writing is a process and it has steps in which we can follow to submit excellent work to our different lecturers. 

What I did or did not enjoy about this lecture.

As it was first week, it is unfortunate i missed this first lecture.

What i know about study unit 2 is that we need to acknowledge the sources that we use in our projects or assignments as it is not our own work. 

What I did not understand or want to know more of about the topic.

It was the first time i read about CARS, I would like to learn more about it. I would also like for the lecturer to fully discuss the subsection "when to reference' as I think for most students including myself find very difficult.

I am very grateful that we are writing blogs as it pushes us to prepare for our next lecture and also encourages self reading.
