These principles form the basis of most civil claims and underpin a number of problem areas that are often encountered in civil practice, including medical negligence claims, road accident compensation and claims for defamation. The knowledge gained here will therefore be indispensable to enable you to give legal advice and to litigate on behalf of clients.
