I have gained the courage to change the ways in which assessment has been done in the past in my module and to not always stick to the same "recipe'' because it works. I have been equipped with so many ways to perform various forms of assessment and to align this with Bloom's taxonomy. I have also learned how crucial assessment is in the constructive alignment process and the important role of formative assessment and good feedback to students. Lastly, I have learned to better approach assessment to change the way students view assessment as well so that they don't see assessment as an opportunity to be judged but rather as a learning opportunity.
