What made certain students uncomfortable during these exercises, and why? 

One of the students objected to the inclusion of a Zulu song since he did not understand it. Then, because of her religion, one girl was uncomfortable dancing to Amapiano in class.

What are you going to change? When selecting an activity, a teacher must endeavor to accommodate all pupils in terms of culture and religion. 

Most notably, linguistic considerations must be considered. 

The ideal method to accommodate all learners is for an instructor to use a second language, such as English. 

3. How can we accommodate different types of learners in the classroom? 

Teachers must use a single language that all students understand and create activities in that language. 

As a result, no student will feel excluded from the group.

Components of music 

Music elements are the fundamental components of music. 

The following are some of the most basic musical elements: 

Pitch (of tone)= Pitch refers to how high or low something is. 

Melody is a musical element made up of low and high tones that are arranged in a linear sequence. 

Tone intensity= The loudness or softness of a tone. 

Tempo, beat, meter, and rhythm are all musical notions that are included in duration (of tone). 

The duration of a sound in seconds. 

Long/continuous sound or short/rapid sound are both possible. 

Tempo refers to the speed with which the music is played and how quickly the rhythm travels (fast/slow). When two, three, or four beats are put together in a group of two, three, or four, it is referred to as a meter. 

Rhythm: A rhythm can be created by combining different lengths of tones. 

The beat is usually depicted in song lyrics. 

The heartbeat of music is known as the beat. 

We listen to the beat of the song while we tap our feet. 

Accents help us figure out how many there are.

I learned the usefulness of music in the development of foundation phase as well as the importance of music from study unit 1. 

I've discovered that music activities, particularly dancing and playing instruments, boost physical development. 

Learners in the foundation phase have the opportunity to strengthen their cognitive skills by participating in music activities. 

Music education improves concentration, multitasking, and numeracy and literacy skills. 

When students compose music with their peers, they get the opportunity to interact socially. 

Foundation phase learners can cultivate and possibly form new relationships through music activities such as ensemble playing, singing in groups, moving in groups, and performing together. 

When foundation phase students participate in music activities, they have the potential to grow as individuals. 

When students can successfully participate in music activities with their peers, they achieve achievement in music education. 

Learners build confidence and belief as a result of this encounter.
