DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Respect each other. Think before you write, ask yourself how would you feel if someone wrote this to you.

• Interact with other students via 'Messages' and the 'Chat Room'.

• Help others. You are an important member of the community, sharing your knowledge of the course content with others is encouraged.

• Focus your energies on Peer Support, where students can help each other.

• Ask questions. Feel free to ask questions and strike up conversations with others.

• Answer questions. If you see a question you know the answer to, feel free to reply & help out.

• Encourage others. If you see another student struggling, cheer them up!

DO NOT DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Spam others. Repeatedly sending the same messages is not allowed.

• Share illegal content. Any messages that contain pirated content, or any other content that is illegal in any way will be met with swift action.

• Share inappropriate content, such as vulgar or offensive messages.

• Troll or attack other students. No harmful behaviour, student harassment or bullying will be tolerated.

• Impersonate other students and/or staff of the NWU.

• Share any sensitive, private or confidential information. Including account identifiers, account information, credit card numbers, phone numbers, e-mail addresses. 

• Spread intentional misinformation such as false or incorrect details about the course or any underlying systems.
