i have learned that it is very important for the lesson to be interesting and that you should keep the learners interested. By brining music into your lesson it helps the learners to stay focused when the learners starts loosing focus you can always sing a song with them. The learners are able to get rhythm and they enjoy doing music with their friend 

study unit 3 

in study unit 3 we looked at play in foundation phase. it is very important for a child to be allowed to play. In the younger age they learn threw play and that is a very important aspect for them to learn about fine motor skill and all the skills they should learn as a child. 

Children at a young age can not just sit in class the whole day as they do not learn that important skills  that they need to learn to develop properly
